2. Donation Terms

a. General Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless an error occurs.
  • Designated funds (e.g., “Gaza Emergency”) will be used as specified, but may be reallocated if oversubscribed or logistically unfeasible.

b. Zakat & Sadaqah

  • Zakat donations are distributed per Islamic guidelines under scholar supervision.
  • Receipts provided for tax reclaim (Gift Aid UK).

c. Qurbani & Ramadan Projects

  • Animals sacrificed according to Islamic principles (Halal).
  • HCI reserves the right to substitute equivalent livestock if needed.
  • Distribution photos/reports sent within 30 days post-Eid.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images) is owned by HCI or licensed partners.
  • No commercial use without written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:
❌ Misrepresent HCI or misuse donor data
❌ Upload malicious content
❌ Violate any third-party rights


5. Limitation of Liability

  • HCI is not liable for:
    • Technical issues beyond our control
    • Third-party links/content
    • Force majeure events affecting project delivery

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes subject to UK courts.


7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
